You are on the Swederm company website. Swederm is a company that produces and sells cosmetics. Cosmetics are products that care for your skin and body.
What can you do on this website?
- You can read about our cosmetics.
- You can view photos and videos of products.
- You can click on a specific product to learn how to use it.
- You can purchase your chosen product.
- You can subscribe to our newsletter. This is a message we send to your email with information about new products.
- If you want to receive information about new products, please provide us with your email address, phone number, first and last name. You must also check the box confirming that you agree to provide us with this information.
- If you have any questions, you can contact us through the contact form.
How to buy our cosmetics?
- Choose a product that interests you.
- Click the "Add to cart" button.
- The cart will appear on the right side. You can change the quantity of items there.
- If you want to buy more items, close the cart (click X) and add more products.
- When you're finished, click the cart icon.
- You'll see a list of products and their prices. You can add or remove items.
- You'll also see "Product total" – this is the total amount to pay.
- Check the box confirming that you agree with the terms and conditions (shopping rules).
- Also check the box confirming that you agree to data processing (e.g., name, address, email). We need this information to send you the package.
- Click "Proceed to payment."
- Provide your email, first name, last name, address, and phone number.
- Choose delivery method and payment method (e.g., Blik, PayPo, card).
- You can enter a discount code if you have one and press "Apply."
- Check all details and click "Pay now."
- Done! Wait for your shipment.
How will we deliver the product to you?
- InPost International – package delivered to an automated pickup point.
- DPD Courier – package delivered directly to your home.
How can you pay?
- PayPal – online payment, choose your bank and pay.
How to return products? If you bought a product from us but want to return it, you can do so. You have 14 days from the day the package was delivered to you.
What do you need to do?
- Email us at: shop@swederm.eu – stating that you want to return the product.
- Pack the product – preferably in the same packaging.
- Include a note with your name and order number.
- Send the package to: Swederm – Returns, ul. Szyprów 2, 81-561 Gdynia
- Remember: The returned product must not be used.
- After receiving the package, we'll refund your money – within a few days, using the same payment method.

- The withdrawal form template is in section 13.
How to file a complaint (when the product is damaged)? If the product is broken, damaged, or doesn't work as it should – you can file a complaint.
What do you need to do?
- Email us at: shop@swederm.eu.
- In your message, write:
- what happened,
- when you bought the product,
- provide the order number,
- you can also add photos.
- Wait for our response – we'll reply within 14 days.
- If we ask you to return the product, we'll provide you with the address and shipping details.
