Withdraw from Contract

Hi!

Didn't the products you ordered turn out to be quite your thing?
No worries — in our shop you have 30 days to withdraw from the contract.

Here's how to make a return in a few simple steps using our online form:

1. You have 30 days from receiving your parcel to let us know that you're withdrawing from the contract — in other words, that you'd like to return the products you bought.
2. You can send us your return request, for example, by filling in the form below.
3. Within 14 days of letting us know about the return, send the items back to us at your own cost to: Swederm Sp. z o.o., ul. Szyprów 2, 81-561 Gdynia. Please include your order number in the parcel. You can print out the system message we send you — your confirmation that we've accepted your withdrawal.
4. Please remember to store our cosmetics in suitable conditions and to pack the goods securely, to protect them from damage in transit. We'd love it if you used the products' original protective packaging.
5. We'll refund your money as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days from the day you cancel. We may hold off on the refund until we've received the product back from you, or proof that you've sent it.
