Withdraw from Contract
Didn't quite fall in love with what you ordered? No worries — you have 14 days to withdraw from your contract with us.
How to make a return in a few simple steps:
- You have 14 days to let us know that you're withdrawing from the contract, meaning that you'd like to return the products you purchased.
- Send us your withdrawal request using the form below.
- Within 14 days of letting us know, send the products back to us at your own cost to: Swederm Sp. z o.o., ul. Szyprów 2, 81-561 Gdynia, Poland. Please include a return form in the parcel — you can fill in this form, for example.
- We'll refund your money within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you originally used. We may hold off on the refund until we receive the product back from you or proof that you've sent it.
- Please note that a return may not be accepted if it turns out the products were stored in a way that didn't follow our recommendations and this affected their properties.
- Remember to pack the product securely to protect it from damage in transit. We'd love it if you could reuse the product's original packaging.
